The Venues & Project Development team, headed up by David Perks, take care of commercial, performance, sales, marketing and operations to drive the combined growth of some of Wellington’s key venues – Michael Fowler Centre, St James Theatre, Opera House, TSB Bank Arena and Shed 6, as well as delivering events at the NZ Academy of Fine Arts. David also works across the development of Wellington’s proposed Wellington movie museum and conference centre. Email David.

The venues sales team work across selling space in the six venues that WREDA manages, as well as Academies Gallery. Venues Operations

The venues operations team look after the facilities management of WREDA-run venues to keep them running smoothly. They look after maintenance, pack in and out, ushering, and work with event managers on logistics. Contact Adam if you have a venues operations inquiry.
