InterContinental Wellington offers wheelchair access to the lobby and restaurant from Grey Street. Lifts offer access from the Lobby and from the underground Car Park to the each floor where guest rooms are located. There is also access from the lifts to Emerge Health Club. Room service, reception, and duty managers are available 24 hours.
