Trade cuisine is Modern European, Italian inspired. Simple, elegant food that brings out clean, clear flavours. Produce is fresh and local. The menu is designed by Head Chef Ady Verberne, culinary master and ex-head chef of Pravda for seven years. Owner, Olly Edwards, has a longstanding knowledge of hospitality and has worked Nationally and Internationally as a chef. The environment is sophisticated and friendly, appealing to corporate and casual diners day and night.
