If you’re not familiar with the convention bureau concept, basically we’re here to help make your life easier and make the most out of our city. As part of the regional tourism organisation, Positively Wellington Tourism, our service is free and our advice is impartial.
Whether you’re planning an exclusive retreat or international conference; a gathering of 2, 200 or 2000; we have the local knowledge and contacts to find what you’re looking for and turn your ideas into reality.

Advice
This website is a comprehensive profile of the key accommodation, venues, and professional services available to you in Wellington, but sometimes you can’t beat a good old fashioned chin wag. Call us and we’ll be happy to oblige and steer you in the right direction.
Bid Support
As well as recommending venues, activities and partner programmes, we can provide promotional material and arrange letters of support from influential figures for your bid documents.
