The Weta Cave is a unique visitor experience showcasing the creativity of Weta. It is based at Weta Workshop in Miramar, Wellington and is available for private bookings (up to 60 people, standing room only) after 6pm.
The people at Weta Cave provide creative ideas tailored to suit your event:
- Presentations and performances from the artists / actors / managers who worked on their movies
- Art demonstrations; design, sculpting, sword making, prosthetics, etc
- See the props and replicas from the movies
- A 20 minute behind the scenes video, exclusive to the Weta Cave
- Goody bags stocked with cool Weta merchandise
- Drinks and hors d’oeuvres
Weta Cave can also visit your location for presentations and performances. They offer customised events and experiences exclusively for VIP groups and individuals.
