Image Library Conditions of Use
Positively Wellington Tourism's library of images is available for the promotion of Wellington as a visitor destination.
Travel trade, media, tourism operators and organisers of events being held in our fabulous and foxy city can use the images in publications or websites that promote it as a visitor destination. Other related promotional groups may be able to use the images on a case-by-case basis, but you’ll have to ask us first. Don’t worry, we don’t bite!
Your rights to these images are non-exclusive and non-transferable because someone else took them and is very proud of their work.
Terms of use
The images on this website are protected under copyright and other laws of New Zealand that we probably don’t understand as well as we should. Likewise, with international conventions and similar laws abroad. Unless otherwise stated, copyright, licensing rights and other intellectual property rights for the images, are owned or controlled by Positively Wellington Tourism or its licensors. These images may not be altered or modified in any way. That includes drawing moustaches on the models.
Acknowledgement
All images used must be clearly identified as being of Wellington. They must be accompanied by the caption "WellingtonNZ.com" or credited to the photographer noted in the file name, unless we specifically let you off doing this for some reason.
