KNOW what to do for your Valentine. Naw.

Here's some inspiration to show your lady-friend/man-friend/special-friend a good time.

What's happening

  • Get down with your animalistic side and head to Wellington Zoo for a romantic night in beautiful, natural surroundings. To make it super special, you could take a wee picnic, grab one of the Zoo’s gourmet hampers or have an intimate dinner at Kamala’s where Carlos Navae will be cranking some sweet tunes.

  • What hints at ‘I kinda like you’ more than an exhibition celebrating 200 years of wedding fashion? Nothing. That’s what. Unveiled at Te Papa is just $15.

  • Celebrate under the stars at Carter Observatory and take a journey to those two very different planets; Venus and Mars. Learn about the romantic stories of constellations in our skies and get a special Valentine’s treat from Carter Observatory.
