Old Bank Shopping Arcade
The Old Bank Arcade and Chambers occupies a heritage site that formerly housed the Bank of New Zealand. It is located on the corner of Lambton Quay and Hunter Streets.
Opened in 1999, the complex offers exclusive boutique shopping, seven days a week, in impeccable surroundings. The beautifully restored banking chamber contains an animated clock that tells the historical story of Plimmer's Ark. The Arcade's three cafes and restaurants cater in style to shoppers.
