Developed for filmmakers by Peter Jackson, Park Road Post is a place that understands the effort and energy it takes to bring a film to completion.
As well as Hollywood blockbusters, many Kiwi films have been transformed into their finished product here.
The roots of Park Road go back to the purchase of the government-owned National Film Unit in 1999 by Jackson and partner Fran Walsh. The state-of-the-art facility on Park Road was built in 2005, with Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired architecture designed by Lord Of The Rings art director Dan Henna.
