Wellington City Ambassadors

Each cruise season a team of passionate Wellingtonians welcome thousands of cruise passengers to the ‘coolest little cruise capital in the world’ and they are known as the Wellington City Ambassadors.

Ready to greet the passengers

This team of volunteers are positioned at key locations throughout the city to provide information, directions and a friendly welcome to Wellington. The upcoming 2019/20 season will see over 110 cruise ships visit the city and we need more ambassadors to join the team.

Do you love Wellington? Would you like to welcome the many people that visit our beautiful little capital over summer? Do you have a love for the city and all that Wellington is world famous for?
