Warrick heads up the team that lead the attraction of new major, business and performance events, and the continued success of events across the Wellington region. The Partnerships & Events team supports some of Wellington's most popular events, from the NZ Festival to World of WearableArt™ Awards Show. The Business Events Wellington team work with a membership-based group of operators and venues to promote Wellington as the best spot for your conference, meeting or incentive destination. WREDA’s major events team promotes, funds and supports major events in Wellington, such as New Zealand Festival, World of WearableArt™ Awards Show, Homegrown and the DHL New Zealand Lions Series 2017. Wellington is known as the cultural capital of New Zealand, and the Performance Event Attraction team are responsible for sourcing, contracting, ticketing and delivering live performances and exhibitions.
