Bidding for an international event
If you are considering hosting a conference from outside New Zealand, then you may need assistance with a bid proposal. Business Events Wellington are very happy to assist you in this process.
We work closely with Tourism New Zealand’s Conference Assistance Programme to navigate the bidding process and ensure overseas conferences are successfully hosted in Wellington. We support you throughout the entire process from working through the bid guidelines, to facilitating the help of a PCO (Professional Conference Organiser) to develop a financial feasibility study, to creating a professional bid document with the help of a graphic designer. We realise that bidding for and hosting an international meeting can seem quite daunting, that is why we are here to be part of your team and support you throughout the bidding, planning and hosting.
