Support from the Regional Business Partnership Network

Businesses with goals for growth can access support by joining the Regional Business Partnership (RBP) Network and WREDA as the Regional Business Partner for the Wellington Region. 

By registering with the RBP Network, you will access:

  • business strategy and planning
  • finance, cashflow and accounting
  • governance and advisory functions
  • raising capital and investment
  • business structure
  • marketing, branding, communications and sales
  • market validation and development
  • intellectual property
  • product development strategy
  • tendering, procurement and negotiation
  • team and culture
  • business process improvement

To access this specific support, register with the Regional Business Partnership programme. After registration you will be contacted for the next steps. 

Capability Development Vouchers

As part of the Regional Business Partner network, you may be eligible to access a NZTE Capability Development Voucher which are available to some businesses to use as partial payment towards the cost of capability development and training. 

Note: The Capability Development Vouchers are used to co-fund up to 50 percent of capability development training up to a maximum of $5,000 per year per business. The business must pay at least half of the training costs.
