Tremains Art Deco Weekend
Over 30,000 people from all over the world descend on Napier to enjoy over 200 events, hundreds of 1920s and 30s cars, aerobatic flying displays, steam train rides, a great Gatsby picnic, dinner dance extravaganzas and free outdoor concerts to name a few. Many thousands of guests and locals alike dressed in Deco style bring glamour to the City streets.
The Mission Concert
Held each February, Mission Estate Winery hosts up to 25,000 people amongst the vines. Each year a major international act performs. In recent years The Mission Concert has hosted Barry Gibb, Rod Stewart and Sting. This is the largest winery concert in New Zealand.
Horse of the Year
The New Zealand Horse of the Year Show is touted as one of the greatest equestrian celebrations on the planet by people all over the world. It's a true celebration of all things equestrian that encompass all that is good about New Zealand and a shared love of horses.
F.A.W.C! Food & Wine Classic Hawke’s Bay
