Natural wine by the glass (and bottle) in a window-lined location on Chews Lane.
The name ‘Glass’ references the wine bar and restaurant's window-lined location on Chews Lane and also reflects their honest and transparent approach to sourcing and preparing its products. Glass serves simple and unpretentious food and pours natural and biodynamic wines, mostly from France, but some from closer to home as well.
There’s a menu of sharing plates with an emphasis on locally-sourced and seasonal produce: think bone marrow with house-made sourdough toast, charred Brussel sprouts under a thin layer of melted lardo, oxtail terrine with pickled carrot and the ever-popular roasted potatoes with Soubise (slow-cooked onion sauce).
Glass is open for breakfast and locally-roasted People's Coffee from 7am, lunch service from 12pm and wine, snacks and dinner from 4.30pm. Glass is the perfect spot for a relaxed bite or drink in the heart of the CBD, any time of day.
