After training in Culinary and Pastry Arts in Singapore, New Zealand, and Ukraine, Mariah and her hospo-pro partner have made their way home to open this gorgeous new boutique on Tory Street.
Grace Patisserie specialises in French pastries and desserts, with a touch of Asian influence. Try the freshly baked croissants, pain au chocolat and canelé – all created daily on-site, and literally by hand – or choose from a selection of sweet treats, including macarons, tarts, choux pastry and petit gâteau.
