The Larder is owned by Miramar residents, Jacob Brown (ex-Boulcott Bistro and Tabou in Sydney) is the chef and his partner, Sarah Bullock, who was awarded restaurant personality of the year in the 2016 Cuisine Good Food Awards.
Jacob and Sarah are passionate about serving fine, honest food through a menu that is produce-driven and reflects the seasons. There is also a commitment to 'nose to tail eating', where all the parts of the animal are utilised and honoured. The Larder works closely with its suppliers to secure only the finest and freshest ingredients, which are prepared with respect and care.
