The Lotus Restaurant is a labour of love created by Vietnamese owner-chef and his wife. The chef owner has been working in Asian kitchens around New Zealand for the last decade, and is now thrilled to set up his very own Vietnamese restaurant in Wellington.
Signature dishes include:
Pork rib eye steak on rice;
Quang Style Noodle; and
Saigon Crispy Rice crepe.
