As Chef/Owner of Zibibbo restaurant, Adam flavours the menu with taste-bud tingling ideas from his professional journey through some of the world's top kitchens. These include Le Gavroche, where he began as an apprentice to the famous Roux brothers, and Fulham Road restaurant in London where he earned his hard-won Michelin award, followed by new restaurants he set up in New York, Tokyo and Auckland, before settling in Wellington where he opened Zibibbo in the historical Taranaki Street Police Station.
