It's time for the annual First Responders Festival in support of Wellington Free Ambulance!
This amazing event is a collab between St Johns Bar & Eatery, Tuatara and Black Dog breweries. The breweries have created a unique beer carefully crafted with Justin Lester's help!
The 3 day festival kicks off on Friday afternoon with the first pour of the beer at 4.30pm followed by live music with one of Welly's most iconic bands.
On Saturday from 1- 3pm a Beers and BBQ event where you'll get to chat with the brewers and taste 5 different beers matched with BBQ meats. (Ticketed)
On Saturday evening we'll be holding the famous Free Outdoor Cinema on the lagoon lawns. Pull up a bean bag and settle in for a good movie.
Sunday is family fun day with a bouncy castle, mini and full sized ambulances and games on the lawns.
Look out for details of the stunning mural by Sean Duffell which will be auctioned during the festival.
There's something for everyone at the festival!
The specially brewed beer - First Responders Pale Ale- is sold exclusively on Karma Keg with all proceeds going directly to WFA along with a portion of all Beer & BBQ tickets and funds from the auction. Join us for a fun filled weekend while supporting NZ only free ambulance service.
