A celebration of books, writers and Wellington with a line-up of international guests alongside Aotearoa’s top literary talent, plus musicians, activists, artists and comedians.
Verb Festival is an annual writers festival in Wellington.
Crime novelists Val McDermid (Scotland) and Michael Connelly (US), a cabaret experience from acclaimed artist Harry Giles (Scotland), musician Shayne Carter, Australian novelist Christos Tsiolkas, and Aotearoa writers Patricia Grace and poet Laureate David Eggleton set to headline Wellington’s annual extravaganza of literary experiences.
The famous fast-paced LitCrawl will host 27 events across 23 venues in just over 3 hours on Saturday 9 November. Performances, talks and readings will pop-up in venues ranging from galleries, bars, breweries, and boutique shops.
