This beautiful 1876 building was formerly the seat of New Zealand's government and is now used as Victoria University of Wellington's law faculty.

It has a classic facade made of kauri, built to resemble an Italian stone palace and is the world's largest wooden office building.

It is easy to self-guide your way around the building to learn about its fascinating history and the complex restoration project.

Suitable for older students.
