The kaupapa at Awhi Yoga & Wellbeing is based on Te Whare Tapa Whā, the four pillars of Hauora or Wellbeing. At Awhi, they feel that within a supportive community or Whānau, mindful movement & physical health - Tinana - can support our mental & emotional wellbeing - Hinengaro - and thus connect us to our Wairua, spirit or sense of connection and purpose in the world. Supporting all of us to live into the fullest expression of ourselves alongside those you love.

There are many ways to access our wellbeing which is why Awhi offers a range of classes from Vinyasa flow Yoga (heated & non-heated) to gentle Yin Yoga, Meditation, Yin Therapy, Pilates, live music Yoga events, self-development programs, retreats & trainings. All this wrapped in a supportive community - Awhi Yoga & Wellbeing.
