Style on the Street: Prints

18 Apr 2013

New Zealand women have always known that fashion from the bottom of the world is back to front and just a little bit behind.

Luckily the internet has steadily steered this conundrum around. As summer draws to a close we have coverage from recent Northern Hemisphere fashion shows at our fingertips.

A little wander round the streets and it’s safe to say Wellington women are hot on the trail of Spring/Summer 2014 floral and bright prints trend.

Yes, the problem still stands that as the rest of the world is raising the hemlines and shedding layers we are donning hats and scarves and tucking our legs away for what is set to be another cold one.

The good news is that prints, whether tropical or geometric can be worn all year round and go a long way to brightening a dull winter day.
