New Zealand’s biggest culinary festival celebrates the best talent and produce the wildly famous Wellington region has to offer, all curated into one tasty programme. For the whole month of August, the Wellington region is transformed into a foodie’s paradise, with international chef collaborations, pop-ups, culinary events, exclusive Festival Dishes, Cocktails and Burgers to warm up the winter months. Beervana

With hundreds of different beers to suit everyone’s taste, outrageously creative brewery displays, live music and delicious food by top local eateries, there’s no better place to celebrate good beer than at New Zealand’s premier beer event, Beervana. This popular annual event is held over two consecutive days at Sky Stadium on Wellington's waterfront.

World of WearableArt® (WOW) Awards Show
September/October annually
The World of WearableArt® (WOW) Awards Show is New Zealand’s single largest theatrical production and a not-to-be-missed annual event for an audience of around 60,000 people. An extraordinary fusion of world-class dance and theatrical performance, stirring music that takes you through a magical soundscape, visual projections and larger than life backdrops. Toast Martinborough
Third Sunday of November annually
Raise a glass to Wairarapa's wine-making village Martinborough at this annual celebration of wines, wine-makers and delicious local food. Toast Martinborough has a magic appeal that’s attracted festival-goers from around New Zealand and the world for over 25 years to this quaint and compact wine village known for its award-winning wine.
