Stay in Wellington style

With a fit-out inspired by Wellington’s close proximity to nature, Park Hotel’s rooms have wood panelled walls and a stylish subtle natural colour palette.

For families and groups of friends travelling together, there are spacious two and three-bedroom apartments which have kitchen facilities and lounge areas. Or if it’s just one or two of you, go for a Queen or Executive King studio.

There’s air-conditioning to keep you cool in the warmer months, Sky Television and free WiFi to keep you connected and complimentary access to nearby Les Mills gym.

Park Hotel also offers a number of accessible rooms with roll-in-showers. There are three elevators available in the building.

Wellington on a plate

Get a taste of the best the culinary capital has to offer at Sterling, sister restaurant to the award-winning Egmont Street Eatery. The menu is centred around their woodfired oven and uses fresh, seasonal and local produce and quality ingredients. This is also the place to get a taste of local Martinborough wine and some of Wellington’s legendary craft beer.

For a more casual bite to eat try Rogue Burger, Park Hotel's classic burger joint that serves up some of the best burgers in town with house-made burger buns and locally-sourced ingredients. Both Rogue and Sterling are adept at looking after guests with dietary requirements, with delicious gluten-free, vegetarian and dairy-free options.

On your way back to your room, pick up some locally-made treats for dessert from The Cabinet, a beautifully-presented retail space at Park Hotel reception. Prepare to be tempted by RJ's licorice and jars of Fix & Fogg peanut butter and boxes of bespoke chocolate truffles by local chocolate-makers Baron Hasselhoff - made exclusively for Park Hotel.

Sterling… has made hotel eating cool. The restaurant comes from the same minds behind Egmont Street Eatery, so you know you're in for a delicious time. The interior is super-chic, filled with a deep green-tiled central bar...
