Ruby Jones

Illustrator

Ruby Jones will be well known to most of New Zealand with a body of work that that’s been recognised around the world. She is best known for her drawing of two women embracing in a hug with the words ‘this is your home and you should have been safe here’, which was shared widely online following the 2019 Christchurch terror attacks. 

Ruby has published two books with Penguin Random House, All Of This Is For You (2019), and In This Body (2022).

Design director of The New York Times Magazine

The Brooklyn-based graphic designer and art director is currently the Design Director at The New York Times Magazine and was previously an instructor of graphic design at the School of Visual Arts in New York. Ben was recognised as an Ascender by the Type Directors Club in 2019, and as a Young Gun by the One Club for Creativity in 2017.

Eva has worked promoting sustainability in fashion globally since 2007, an effort that includes creating Copenhagen Fashion Summit, which was launched in 2009 alongside the UN Climate Change Conference COP15 in Copenhagen.

She has served on many supervisory boards on both governmental, commercial, and cultural organisations.
