The Promoter of this competition is Wellington Regional Economic Development Agency (The Promoter), Level 1, 175 Victoria Street, PO Box 10 017, Wellington, New Zealand.
Employees of The Promoter, World of WearableArt, participating businesses and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entries will open at 12pm (NZST), Wednesday 20 September 2023 and close at 11:59pm (NZST), Sunday 8 October (The Competition Period).
Only one entry per image shared with the hashtag #BEYONDinWellington, per social media account will be permitted.
One winner of the competition will be randomly selected from the eligible entries on Monday 9th October at the offices of WellingtonNZ, Level 1, 175 Victoria Street, Wellington, New Zealand, and will be notified by social media shortly after. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of their prize by 4pm Friday 13 October, a second prize draw will be undertaken. In the event of a second prize draw, if the new winner drawn does not respond to their winner’s notification message within a reasonable time (determined by The Promoter), a third prize draw will be undertaken, and so on until the winner is finalised.

The promotion is not open to schools, clubs or businesses – only individuals can enter.
By accepting the prize, the prize winner consents to The Promoter using his/her details and photographs for promotional and media publicity purposes and consents to participate in any publicity arrangements (including interviews) reasonably required by The Promoter.
All decisions of The Promoter in relation to the competition shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Except as set out in the prize packages above, all other expenses, such as transfers to and from airports, and any other ancillary costs of taking up the prize will be at the winners’ own expense.
The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
The Promoter and their associated agents act only as agents or resellers for other parties (suppliers) who provide the component parts of this prize package. Individual suppliers’ standard policies and terms and conditions apply to the prize package components. All tickets, coupons and exchange orders issued in respect of any prize package component provided are subject to the individual supplier’s terms and conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for an individual supplier’s failure to supply the prize for any reason, or in the form expected, and are not obliged to provide an alternative prize or take legal action to require the supplier to carry out their obligations.
Prize components are subject to change by The Promoter and the individual suppliers without notice.
All prize components are non-refundable for cash either in part or in whole and are not transferable to any persons, unless agreed in writing by The Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify an entrant who it considers to be ineligible or who tampers with the competition entry or draw process, or who fails to comply with these Terms.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or inflicted by you (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) in connection with this competition. Due diligence is carried out to ensure the providers used in our competitions have health and safety measures in place at the time of promotion. We recommend contacting the product provider(s) to confirm any details and to ensure their latest initiatives comply with all Health & Safety and regulatory requirements ahead of taking up your prize.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of New Zealand. You agree that the Courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
WellingtonNZ may collect personal information provided with your entry, which will be used to notify prize winners, verify entries, and generally administer this competition. WellingtonNZ respects privacy rights under the Privacy Act 1993 and will comply with the privacy principles in relation to the collection of any personal information from individuals entering this competition.
