English Teaching College (ETC) is a welcoming school with a record of academic excellence. Established in 1993 it is one of New Zealand’s oldest and most multicultural English language schools with students from up to 40 countries enrolled. ETC offers academic and general English courses from beginner to advanced. They offer the New Zealand Certificate in English Language (NZCEL) levels 1 to 4. They also offer Demi Pair , TOEIC, IELTS and Cambridge preparation courses. International students and migrants are welcome to enrol from one week to one year. For international students they are able to arrange homestay accommodation in a New Zealand home.

The New Zealand School of Dance (NZSD) offers full-time tertiary programmes aimed at developing the qualities essential for professional dancers: strong technique, musicality, coordination and dedication to the art form. NZSD students major in either classical ballet or contemporary dance, but maintain a strong base in their minor discipline.
The NZSD has an outstanding faculty of dance teaching staff. Guest tutors from Aotearoa and the world regularly teach at the School. Training from specialists in anatomy, dance history, sports medicine, nutrition, physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, yoga and pilates round out the holistic training.
The School’s facilities include nine fully equipped dance studios, physiotherapy rooms, pilates studio, a 160-seat theatre, design and costume workshops, lighting and AV studios, and New Zealand's foremost performing arts library.
The NZSD is the Official School of the Royal New Zealand Ballet. Excellent secondment opportunities are available through the School’s relationships with leading ballet and contemporary dance companies around the world.
