AREA is a custom-built facility in Wellington’s CBD providing state-of-the-art technology combined with designer furnishings and surroundings.

Located on the ground floor of the 5-star Boulcott Suites North Tower, delegates can stay on-site in apartment-style hotel rooms. Suitable for all types of meetings and events — whether a conference, meeting, dinner, or cocktail reception, the six rooms available hold a capacity of up to 100 guests. All with high-ceilings, natural light and contemporary amenities such as unlimited wifi and catering options.
