NW Group is the largest technical service supplier for events in Australasia. They have state-of-the-art technology and high-quality communications solutions to help your event run smoothly.

They can provide audio, lighting, staging, and vision services, as well as creative advice and specialist expertise. Their staging and production managers and experienced technicians can help ensure your event runs without a hitch.

NW Group is a combination of two well-known and respected New Zealand businesses, Oceania and Spyglass. Both businesses have been working with Venues Wellington for over 30 years, and they are our choice for seamless and cost-effective technical solutions.

Virtual and hybrid events

Venues Wellington and NW Group can help you host your event in-person, online, or a combination of both. Even if you can’t get everyone together in a room, our scalable, full-service, online-event solutions, help you create an engaging online experience for your audiences.

The types of events that can run virtually or hybrid include: AGMs and board meetings, awards shows, conferences, esports, presentations, product launches, music concerts, band recordings, DJ sets, and school graduations.

NW Group can:

  • provide a fully hosted livestream or webinar, to a local, national or international audiences
  • provide a customisable online platform for hosting pre-recorded or on-demand content
  • brand the platform to showcase your company logo and colours
  • integrate the livestream with our customisable online platform, or existing platforms if you need something different
  • record and edit your live event so you can use it later
  • allow remote attendees to take part with pre-event registration, ticketing, sponsor information, live polls, and questions and answers
