Tofiga Fepulea’i, the self-proclaimed “Humble King of Comedy”, is back in 2025 with a brand new show. ‘Shuuush Your Mouf’ is a musing on all the things that are important to a man in his 50s, and how crossing half a century changes you. The show is a homecoming for the comedian, who was born and raised in Wellington.
Tofiga’s comedic genius, acting, and musicianship have delighted audiences for over two decades. He first performed at the New Zealand Fringe Festival in 2003, with a show ‘Laughing with Samoans’. The show evolved and added a performer, forming the iconic duo the Laughing Samoans. He has gone on to be one of the most recognisable Samoan-Kiwi comedy talents. He’s appeared on screen in the latest series of ‘Taskmaster’ and was a voice actor in ‘Moana 2’ as Nalo, God of Storms.
