- Managing strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Coordinating health, safety and compliance documentation
- Working closely with Performance Events, Business Events, Venues Operations and catering partners
- Managing event administration and reconciliation through our event management system
This role suits someone who is highly organised, solutions‑focused and passionate about delivering outstanding event experiences.

About you
You’ll bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in the events and conferencing industry
- Proven experience planning and managing multiple events concurrently
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders and clients
- A sound understanding of health and safety requirements in an event environment
