Singer, songwriter, and pop superstar Ed Sheeran is coming back to Wellington in 2023 to play at Sky Stadium

A decade on from his first Wellington gig, Ed Sheeran is once again touring Aotearoa in 2023 as part of his +- =÷x Tour (pronounced “The Mathematics Tour”).

Wellington's largest venue, Sky Stadium, is the first stop on Ed's New Zealand tour, a show sure to be a hit with his devoted Kiwi fanbase. Fans will be treated to an array of tracks off his latest album ‘=’ plus hits from across his career.

Following the release of his fourth studio album, = (“equals”), which topped the charts around the world and debuted at number one in both Australia and New Zealand, the British singer-songwriter announced his fourth world tour, The Mathematics Tour. This will be the first time Ed has toured down under since his record-breaking 2018 Divide Tour, which saw Ed smash the record of the highest-selling tour in history, with a phenomenal 1,006,387 tickets sold across Australia and New Zealand alone.

Ed was Spotify’s second most-streamed artist of the 2010s. Best known for hits such as Bad Habits, Thinking Out Loud, Shivers, and The A-Team, the record-breaking and Grammy-award winning artist has sold more than 150 million records worldwide, making him one of the world’s best-selling music artists.
