The 122 km long Remutaka Cycle Trail connects Wellington to the Wairarapa region. The Great Ride takes 2 to 3 days or can be split into day trips.
Navigating rivers, mountain forests, urban climbs, and rocky coastlines, the trail is rich in history. Views and plenty of hospitality offerings along the way make it a fun way to experience the region. The terrain suits all abilities and time factors. Adventures can range from three hours to three days.
