Plug into the energy of dynamic event spaces at Precinct Flex, where the team handle everything for you.

There are two locations for Precinct Flex in Wellington, each has a unique vibe.

The first location is on Waring Taylor Street, close to Lambton Quay and overlooking Midland Park. The renovated 1920s art deco building was the former auction house for auctioneers Dunbar Sloane. The co-working space uses the character of the building, highlighting exposed brick, steelwork, and timber floors.

You’ll find two levels of meeting and event spaces with six bookable meeting rooms. Including a premium boardroom and three main event spaces. A licensed basement bar provides a central place to connect, relax, and entertain guests.

The second location is at 40 Bowen Street behind the parliamentary precinct on Bowen Campus. A new build completed in 2023, the campus is home to more than 5,000 workers with a mix of government agencies and New Zealand’s leading businesses.

Precinct Flex spreads over two floors with flexible workspaces, and meeting and event spaces. You’ll find many cafés and restaurants also on the campus.

The thoughtfully designed event spaces at both locations have everything you need for your next event. From the space, ambience, catering, IT, and professional support for everyday meetings through to events for up to 140 people. It’s all taken care of. There a several membership options for co-working spaces, but you don’t need to be a Precinct Flex member to book event spaces.
