A band performs on stage under red, yellow, and blue spotlights with guitars, drums, and speakers visible.

There’s never been a group, let alone a supergroup, in rock history quite like it. Now you get to see a tribute to their huge success. In 1988, a group of five rock legends joined together to form The Traveling Wilburys. They were Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Jeff Lynne, Roy Orbison, and Tom Petty.

Across four years, they produced two mega albums, a slew of hits and won a Grammy. They never toured. Now, a tribute band, The Travelling Wilburys Collective, is on tour and it’s visiting the St James Theatre in Wellington.

You’ll get to hear some of their biggest and most celebrated hits like Handle with Care, End of the Line, Tweeter and the Monkey Man, and She's My Baby. Along with these original hits, you’ll get served classics from each individual artist and the groups they were in. That includes The Beatles, The Heartbreakers, and ELO.

The Traveling Wilburys Collection bring together the collective talents, excitement, and magic that the original quintet had to offer. Join them for a night of fun and nostalgia.
